Cherry Tree Cottage is a cosy mid-terrace holiday home. It is located in the quiet and picturesque hamlet of Prinsted on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex.

Car Parking

There is no allocated parking at the cottage but plenty of on road parking outside the property.

 

Main Entrance

There are 2 steps onto a slight slope leading to the front entrance. The main door measures 192Lx68Wcm and opens inwards.

 

Ground Floor

The front entrance leads straight into the lounge/diner. This measures 6.21mx3.76m. From here, there is an archway (200Lx75Wcm) into the kitchen. This room measures 4.10mx3.17m.

 

Outside Patio Garden

From the kitchen, there is a back door measuring 198Lx76Wcm. This door opens inwards and leads to the outside patio area.

 

Washroom Facilities

At the end of the patio garden there is a newly renovated washroom. This measures 2.4x3m and houses a washing machine, tumble drier, shower, sink and toilet. The main door measures 203Lx74Wcm and opens inwards. The shower cubicle door measures 185Lx36Wcm and is reached through a sliding door measuring 77Lx63Wcm.

 

Bedrooms

There are no bedrooms on the Ground Floor. The stairs to the first floor are in keeping with the period of the property. There are 12 steps measuring 20Hx67Wx21Dcm each with handrails on either side.

 

Bedroom 1

This bedroom faces the front of the cottage and measures 4.00mx3.13m.  The doorway measures 198Lx68Wcm.   There is a Zip and Link Super king sized bed measuring 180Wx200Lx30Hcm (the height of the bed from the floor including mattress is 70cm). There is a bedside table either side of the bed and a dressing table by the window. It is a sash window with curtains that have a blackout lining. The room has a built-in wardrobe.

 

Bedroom 2

This is at the back of the cottage and measures 4.31mx2.7m. The doorway measures 198Lx68Wcm. It has a zip and Link King sized bed measuring 150x190cm (the height of the bed from the floor including mattress is 70cm). There is a bedside table either side of the bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table by the window.

 

Bathroom

Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom measuring 2x2.1m. This has a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The doorway measures 198Lx68Wcm

 

Additional Information

The cottage has hardwood flooring in the living areas and tiling in the kitchen, bathroom and washroom.

The property has central heating that is thermostatically controlled from the lounge. All radiators can be individually adjusted.

The property has mains powered smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. These are interconnected so all will sound if one is activated. In the unfortunate event of a fire, the evacuation procedure is detailed in the cottage information pack.
